Newman Realty was founded in 1987 by Ric Newman in Boca Raton, Florida. Newman Realty initially made its mark in the local community as one of the area’s top commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms. Over the years the firm has evolved into an acquisition and development company. Beginning in 1993 with Palmetto Professional Park in Boca Raton. Newman Realty has always built high quality projects in order to add value to the places in which they worked and lived in.

Finding a parcel of land - envisioning what could be built that would best serve the community is the creative process which has driven the company’s success. Newman has developed over one million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. An important principle of the company’s core mission statement is to give back to the community. Ric Newman served as a Board Member at SOS Children’s Village in Coconut Creek for over a decade including two terms as President. SOS Children’s Village provides foster care homes for children who have been removed from their homes.
