Newman Realty Partners completed the entitlements for a 121,284  square foot three story climate control facility on Gatlin Blvd. in Port St. Lucie Florida. The process took nine months and included a change to the property’s comprehensive land use designation, abandonment of a road which bisected the property and site plan approval.  The property has been sold to a national real estate principal investment firm who will develop the property and the facility will be operated by Extra Space.
